LegalKit Content: The LegalKit name, logo, website design, underlying code, and original content are owned by LegalKit and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

5. Service Availability

LegalKit is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Severability
